Royal Commission Inquiry Into Flag Blunder Only If Dr M Has CorelDRAW

PUTRAJAYA: Sources today confirmed the government has not ruled out forming a pre-election Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) to investigate the error in printing the Indonesian flag upside down in the 29th SEA Games souvenir book if Dr. Mahathir has a registered copy of Coreldraw it was revealed today.

“The police are keen to get to the bottom of of this careless ‘flag blunder’ given its impact on our ties with Indonesia,” a Home Ministry source confirmed,

“A police investigation would normally be sufficient to resolve the brochure layout gaffe unless like the 1985 Memali incident and 1990s FOREX losses they can be linked to a certain former leader in which case only a hastily called pre-election RCI is sufficient to help Malaysians learn the truth!”

In the wake of public outrage over lost 1MDB capital, the government has confirmed it will call as many RCI’s as it takes to recover lost political capital.
