Govt Warns Australian Journalists In ‘Advanced Stages’ Of Preparing More Questions
KUALA LUMPUR: Security officials called for calm today after credible Malaysian intelligence revealed other Australian journalists are in the advanced stages of preparing questions to throw out at the Prime Minister.
“We would suggest all Malaysian govt officials reconsider their Australian travel plans,” said Home Ministry security adviser Rashid Abu Bakar, “our sources reveal a number of ‘journalist cells’ are active in Australian cities. We suspect some of these journalist radicals are preparing more hardball questions which they could unleash on government ministers at any time!”
“For now, the Home Ministry advises Malaysians not to panic and to exercise common sense. If you see a suspicious foreign looking journalist who’s likely to shout out questions to a public official, push them away from the scene before alerting the authorities!”
